A sandbox is nothing but a security mechanism used in Linux and Unix systems. One can run various applications and programmers in a sandbox. For example, if you download programmers from the Internet, we can run it inside a sandboxed environment. Typically examples include

  3. Linux containers
  4. Docker
  5. LXD
